Govt's phone scheme a 'joke': BJP
As the Monsoon session of the Parliament begins, the central government is set to face a tough time with opposition leaders already gearing up to reject the proposed 'mobile phone scheme' for Below Poverty Line (BPL) families. Speaking to reporters in New Delhi today BJP leader Balbir Punj termed the scheme which is in its final stage as a 'joke'. He further questioned the central government's intention to execute the scheme amidst rampant corruption plaguing the policy implementation framework.
